Hi friends!

I’m Natalya, personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and creator of the Healthiir blog. I created this platform with the hopes of inspiring you to eat more plants and spreading awareness about all things health.

Knowing that we have the power to hurt or heal ourselves through diet is empowering, but with all the contradicting information open to the public, it’s hard to distinguish the truth from falsities. I’m here to challenge the many circulating theories about health by sharing evidence-based nutrition.

As someone extremely passionate about health, I not only learn from experts in the industry, but I also do my best to stay up to date on the latest research regarding the topics I write about.

One thing we can agree on is that we all feel better when consuming more real, whole foods. As a society, we have become numb to the artificial nature of processed food because it’s so commonly consumed. We tend to lose sight of what’s real and what’s not due to powerful marketing tactics, making it difficult for so many of us to make healthy decisions!

My goal with this blog is to inspire you to eat more real, whole foods and to discover how simple, delicious and rewarding it can be. I’m not here to lecture you, or to tell you to never buy anything unhealthy ever again. My diet is not “perfect”. I do, however, hope to motivate you to reduce your overall consumption of refined, processed foods, and instead, focus on consuming as many plant foods as possible.
